ZG Films is based on the beautiful island of Zanzibar, Tanzania. Our film production company specializes in producing high quality TV and film content. We produce documentaries, T.V. spots and advertisements, live shows & events, line production for local and foreign clients, aerial shoots and film surveys, dramas & T.V shows, movies, and corporate and promotional A.V.´s for clients (especially hotels).
We have the latest equipment and trained crew to produce and create high quality content. We also undertake line production assignments for local advertising agencies as well as foreign clients.
We can help our foreign clients with location recci and permissions, filming permits, equipment transfer, transport, casting, aerial survey, accommodation, meals and all other production and logistic support you may need for your shoot.

The Company is owned and operated by local professional photographer and Film maker, Javed Jafferji, who studied in United Kingdom and returned to Zanzibar over 13 years ago. ZG Films aims to make Zanzibar more accessible to the international film industry around the world as well as creating job opportunity for locals.
